Our second two-day festival was an enormous success. The atmosphere was fantastic with huge crowds. There was food from fourteen different cultures, from Sicily to Mexico and Korea to Pakistan - all made by local people. There were Indian rangoli made from petals and grains along the street; there was henna and head massage; also a wide variety of music from the very traditional Mighty Zulu Nation to ultra modern Jamaican rap artists; there was traditional Thai clothing and Fair Trade goods. There were also several exhibitions of local projects which are linked to communities in different parts of the world.
