This is the place to let people know - or to find out - where to go to for support and advice: there are several organisations in York that are really helpful, so please do recommend them if you know of any.

OCAY

The Older Citizens Advocacy York offers support to individuals 50 years and over who reside in the unitary boundary of York. Advocacy involves looking at choices, enabling people to know their rights, helping them to defend those rights and getting the person's voice heard. The service is free, confidential and independent. Home visits can be arranged.
